Malcom (Shankara) McQuirter AHP, PKS is also co-founder of Samana+ and an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner with a specialization in the Detoxification and Rejuvenations processes of Ayurvedic Medicine.

He has spent the last 20 years studying and practising the best of Easter and Western meditation technique to better understand the Minds' role in healing.  His introduction to Ayurveda began by seeking relief from chronic insomnia that eluded Western Medicine.



In addition to finding relief from his sleep disturbance, Malcolm discovered a profound worldview that integrated all areas of life.  His practice emphasizes preventative medicine through diet and lifestyle, cleansing and rejuvenation of the body, and exploration of the mind-body connection to cultivate a powerful sense of well being.
